News about our sidewalk repairs
We learned from Manatee County on January 6 that within two to three weeks we should see the contractor making the sidewalk repairs. So as soon as they are completed, we will be able to remove the barricades. Also, the county has repaved the intersection of 28th and 112th, which they had marked for the rainwater puddling problem. They removed the old patches and asphalt, repaved the "trench" and built up the elevation somewhat. There may be a little puddling, but without repaving the entire intersection, this should suffice.
