Latest News
Our scenic community ponds are great for relaxing and watching the wildlife. However, they were not made for swimming or boating, due to the potential risk for injury. Please do not allow your children to enter the ponds, whether by inflatable rafts or wading.  Click on the Community News tab for more information.
The Southwest Florida Water Management District issued an order on May 23 to reduce the use of water, as the current drought is affecting water supplies. The water usage order affects Manatee and 15 other counties in southwest Florida.  Lawn watering is reduced to once per week, instead of twice, and allowable watering hours also are reduced. There are also new limits on car washing.  These restrictions will remain in effect from June 5 through August 1.   Allowable watering hours are before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m.   Watering day assignments:  House numbers ending in 0 or 1: Monday;  2 or 3: Tuesday; 4 or 5: Wednesday;  6 or 7: Thursday; 8 or 9: Friday.  Additional details regarding the watering of new lawns and plants, reclaimed water and other water uses can be found at WaterMatters.org/restrictions.

Important Reminder:  No Glass in Pool Area!
One of our most important rules for the use of our pool and deck areas is that no glass containers are allowed in them.  This is a critical safety issue because if they break, pool area users with bare feet could be cut by the shards.  And if they get into the pool, the shards cannot be seen and avoided.  Please bring your beverages in paper, plastic or aluminum containers only.
